What is the Subscription model on FinGrad?
We offer three different plans, namely Basic, Elite, and Platinum plan, each with different validity periods. While access to all premium courses and webinars remains the same across all plans, there are differences in features. The Basic plan does not provide certificate of completion, instant doubt clarification by experts and course self-assessment, while these features are included in Elite and Platinum plans. Can I get a refund if I cancel my subscription at any time?
As a part of company policy, there is no refund policy once the subscription is purchased.

Can I change my subscription to any other plan anytime?
Yes, you could upgrade to any higher plan. The plan validity will get added to the existing plan.
What are the different payment methods at FinGrad?

What is the difference between paid plan and free plan?
Only Free courses and webinars are included in free plan which you get access to once you become a registered user on FinGrad. Free courses are more basic by nature and gives you basic understanding of the course. However, the premium plans gives you unlimited acces to all the contents at FinGrad. Can I access free courses if i am not a paid subscriber?
Yes! You get access to all premium as well as free courses and webinars if you are a paid subscriber to FinGrad. But, if you are a Free subscriber, you could access only to Free Contents and not premium content.
What is the difference between Basic, Elite and Platinum plans?
While all plans provide access to the premium courses and webinars, there are differences in their features and validity. The Basic plan grants access for 6 months, but does not include a certificate or provide doubt clarification or self-assessment. The Elite plan provides access for 12 months and includes a certificate, doubt clarification, and self-assessment features. The Platinum plan offers access for 36 months with Platinum validity and includes all features available on the platform.
What all are included in the subscription plan?
The susbcription plan provides you with the unlimited access to all our Free and Premium Courses and Webinars. Premium courses and webinars can be accessed till your plan is active.
How do I renew my subscription Plan?
You can renew your existing subscribed plan or upgrade to another plan by visiting your Profile. Click on Upgrade plan and select the plan of your choice and complete the payment for it. Also, as the renewal date approaches, we will send out reminders via email to ensure you know that your renewal is coming up. Once renewed, enjoy the unlimited access of our content library, courses and webinars till your plan is active.
How long can I access all courses and webinars once I subscribe?
You can only access the subscription content, ie premium courses and webinars as long as your plan is active. Upon expiry of your subscription plan, you can renew your plan and enjoy learning.

FinGrad Platinum Plan is a subscription plan offered by FinGrad that provides unlimited access to all premium courses on the platform for a period of 36 months. It is a one-time hassle free payment plan that gives you unlimited access to all the currently available and new lined up premium courses and webinars on FinGrad without any additional charges.
What will I get with Platinum Access in the next 3 Years?
With Platinum Access to FinGrad, you will have unlimited access to all currently available and newly added premium courses and webinars on the platform for the next 36 months. Will my Platinum Access be terminated?
