Subscription Terms

For Learners, FinGrad does not charge any fee for registration, account creation. However, certain courses/webinars offered by FinGrad may be chargeable. Accordingly, access to our courses/webinars or learning materials and features is offered by FinGrad through a multi- tiered paid subscription plan(s) or purchases; the details of the Services and applicable features & validity along with their corresponding prices can be found on our https://joinfingrad.com/subscribe. You can purchase Subscriptions by following the instructions you encounter as you navigate through the Platform.

The terms that are applicable to Your purchase of Subscription(s) -

1. Purchase of any Subscription plans will allow you access only for the validity of that plan which you have purchased and quantity of courses/webinars remains same across all plans .
2. The validity/term of your Subscription (“Subscription Period”)will vary depending on the plan you have purchased. Hence, before you proceed to purchase any Subscription, please read and understand the details of the Subscription(s) you intend to purchase on the Platform. If you are unclear about any part of the Subscription offering or need further clarification, then please feel free to write to us prior to your purchase at the email address provided in the ‘Contact for User Support/Queries’ section below.
3. Subscription Period may be extended upon renewal of your already purchased Subscription. However, please note that the prices may stand revised from the time of your first purchase of the Subscription.
4. In case of any new purchase of any other plan while the existing plan is active, existing plan validity will automatically be extended with added validity.
5. The Subscription is of a personal nature and is solely for the benefit of the person subscribing and is not allowed to be resold by you or transferred to or shared with any other person for consideration or otherwise. In the event we get to know that any User has resold / transferred / shared Subscription with another person, then FinGrad retains the right to cancel/terminate the Subscription forthwith.

Modification

From time to time, We may update these Terms to clarify Our practices or to reflect new or different practices, for example We may change the validity of the subscription plans, payment procedures, and quantity of courses/webinars , services, materials, features offered and FinGrad reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify and/or make changes to these Terms at any time, at Our sole discretion. If We make any material changes to these. You should visit the website regularly to ensure You are aware of any changes to the Terms, as any revised Terms shall supersede all previous Terms.
